A Few Details

  • I offer secure tele-health sessions throughout California. In-person sessions will be available in Solana Beach beginning late Fall 2026.

  • Wrenn Renewal Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.

    For individual therapy, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a detailed superbill for

    you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I

    recommend checking with your insurer regarding deductibles, reimbursement rates, and any

    requirements for out-of-network care.

    Couples and family therapy are offered on a private-pay basis and are not eligible for insurance

    reimbursement through Wrenn Renewal Therapy.

    What are your fees?

    • Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $200

    • Couples or Family Therapy (75 minutes): $250

    • Extended Couples or Family Therapy (90 minutes): $300

    Before services begin, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of care, as required under the No Surprises Act.

  • If you're using Aetna or UnitedHealthcare / Optum, I'll verify your benefits before your first appointment.

    For private pay or clients using out-of-network benefits, my fees are:

    • Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $215

    • Couples or Family Therapy (50 minutes): $250

    • Extended Couples or Family Therapy (100 minutes): $350

  • Life and performance coaching offers structured, forward-focused support around specific personal or professional goals, including accountability, goal setting, and strategy. Coaching is separate from psychotherapy, does not involve mental health treatment, and is available worldwide. Fees and scheduling are discussed during our initial conversation.
